Since 2015, the political discourse in Germany has dealt particularly intensively with the topic of refugees and integration. One topic that is inevitably discussed is the present and future integration of refugees into the social society of the host country. Integration here means "part of society" and "equal opportunities for a social and economic life" of the refugees.

In recent years, many projects have been designed and implemented with the aim of "integration for fugitives". However, there is a gap between ambition and reality in integration work. Many courses fail to address the needs of the fugitives, while the relevant institutions in the integration and scientific fields do not have the necessary background knowledge to put themselves in the shoes of the fugitives.

This is where ZiTuKs offer comes in. I offer high-quality seminars and workshops for people with an escape or migration background as well as intercultural research and training for authorities, universities and other institutions.
